On-campus Student Employment Process and Procedure
General Information
The university may hire student workers as needs arise. If you are interested in working on-campus, you can submit an application. The university reviews applications at the beginning of each quarter if there are positions open. The following departments may have open positions. Please apply between December 2, 2024, and December 29, 2024.

Applications are considered both by qualifications and on a first-come first-served basis. If there is an opening, we believe you may be a good fit for, you will be contacted. On-campus employment placement is not guaranteed.
Student workers can be employed with the university for up to 2 quarters.
Rules of On-campus Employment

Student workers may work up to 20 hours per week

All job tasks must be completed on the premises of the university

Weekly reports must be provided to the student’s direct supervisor(s) and HR

Students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (CGPA minimum 3.0 for graduates, 2.0 for undergraduates) and academic integrity

Students must abide by the rules and regulations of their F-1 visa (if international student)

Students are expected to maintain high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and job performance
Failure to comply with the rules of on-campus employment may result in termination of employment. On-campus employment can be terminated with or without advanced notice.
Eligibility

Must be a full-time student in good academic standing (CGPA minimum 3.0 for graduates, 2.0 for undergraduates)

Must submit an application with all of the required materials

Must be entering your first, second, or third quarter
International students who have studied one academic year (3 quarters or more) are eligible for off-campus employment through Curricular Practical Training (CPT), and are not considered for on-campus positions.
