No matter your major, we are here to support you in overcoming your academic challenges. If you are falling behind in class, need assistance understanding an assignment, want assistance learning a new program, find it hard to follow your class subject matter or navigate the classroom environment, then academic tutoring is for you! Writing Lab

We aim to empower writers to discover their own solutions to the challenges in their writing and gain confidence in their English language skills through one-on-one collaborative tutoring sessions. We help students brainstorm, problem-solve, and revise their writing, as well as provide a wide range of support resources.

Non-Academic Support

No matter what you are dealing with outside the classroom, we want to support you however we can. Whether you are experiencing mental health issues, safety concerns, transportation struggles, social challenges, or something else, we will do our best to guide you toward whatever WUST and community resources meet your needs.

Academic Advising

Your academic advisor can answer any questions you have about your program's courses or content, program's objectives or expectations, your academic progress, alternative class options that align with your degree progression, changes to your courses that are already scheduled, Student Code of Conduct, or academic policies. You can also report any issues you have with a course or professor.

Learning Resources Center / Library

The WUST Library offers many resources to support your academic studies. The majority of our resources are electronic and can be accessed remotely via any internet connection. The Learning Resources Center offers a diverse collection that includes books, academic journals, periodicals, and reports, as well as e-journals accessible online.

International Student Advising

The International Students Office (ISO) is available to answer any questions you may have about being an F-1 student. We advise on properly maintaining your status, Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), Annual Vacation, on-campus attendance requirements, and much more.
