WUST Student Satisfaction Survey Highlights Commitment to Student Success

Washington University of Science and Technology continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to student success and educational excellence through outstanding student satisfaction results highlighted in its latest institutional survey.

During the evaluation process, the university surveyed 30% of its enrolled student population — representing 369 students out of 1,244 — and received overwhelmingly positive feedback across all major student service and academic areas.

According to the survey findings:

• 94% of students surveyed indicated they feel good about their decision to attend WUST.
• 92% said they would recommend the university to a friend.

The survey also reflected exceptionally high satisfaction scores in key operational and academic areas, including:

• Admissions – 98%
• Financial Aid – 95%
• Academic Progress – 97%
• Student Services – 96%
• Faculty – 96%
• Library/Learning Resource System (LRS) – 97%
• Facility – 98%
• Training Equipment – 95%
• Distance Education – 96%

These results reinforce WUST’s continued investment in creating a student-centered learning environment that supports academic achievement, career readiness, and community engagement.
