Investing In Wellness: TimelyCare Now Available For Students And Staff

At Washington University of Science and Technology, we believe that success goes beyond the classroom. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of TimelyCare, a new virtual health and well-being platform now available to all students and staff, completely free.

This launch is a meaningful step forward for our community. Mental health challenges, medical needs, and everyday stresses shouldn’t have to wait. TimelyCare offers 24/7 access to medical care, mental health support, and wellness resources. There are no insurance requirements or complicated barriers to access, just quality care at the touch of a button.

Whether it’s a late-night anxiety episode, a lingering cold, or just the need to talk to someone, TimelyCare is ready to help. Users can connect with medical professionals, licensed counselors, health coaches, and even participate in peer support communities.

We are especially excited by the platform’s commitment to equity and accessibility. TimelyCare has a wide network of diverse, culturally responsive providers that reflect the makeup and needs of our campus. With translation services supporting 240+ languages, our diverse student population can easily access care that fits their needs. Services include TalkNow, 12 free counseling sessions per academic year, psychiatric support, health coaching, and self-guided wellness content, making health more accessible than ever before.

This investment is about more than just adding a new service. It’s about removing barriers, creating a healthier learning environment, and proving to our community that your well-being is our priority. We’re proud to take this step and excited for what it means for the future of our campus community.

To get started with TimelyCare, visit timelycare.com/wust, download the TimelyCare app, or visit our website for more information.

Together, we’ll continue building a university culture where health, support, and care are the foundation for your success.
