Short Bio: Ms. Tsui is a federal procurement specialist with over 13 years of experience in business development, end to end capture management, and market intelligence. She has a strong understanding of the federal budget process, funding procedures, and market trends. Additionally, she has project management experience leading application development teams. Ms. Tsui is an entrepreneur with experience building her own small business over a four-year period. She is currently the VP of Government Affairs and board member at AFCEA NOVA and an active volunteer supporting Agile Government Leaders (AGL).
